St. James Youth

We often hear that young people are the future of the Church,

but here at St. James UMC we truly believe that our youth are the HERE and NOW of it's ministries.

We are wholeheartedly dedicated to nurturing and empowering them in their faith journey. Our vibrant youth group gathers regularly for enriching opportunities including Bible study, prayer, fellowship, community service, outreach, and plenty of enjoyable activities. These experiences serve to shape their hearts and equip them as dedicated Disciples of Christ.

We firmly believe that these young individuals are called to embrace Jesus and live out their faith in purposeful and profound ways. Our mission is to uplift and prepare them for the remarkable works that God has specially planned for their lives. Together, we invest in the present and future of our youth, cultivating their spiritual growth and unleashing their boundless potential to make an enduring impact in the world.

At St. James UMC, all volunteers are Safe Sanctuary trained and have had background checks completed.
